We didn't just give them a UI facelift. We started with a deep-dive audit to find exactly where customers were dropping off, then used direct feedback to rebuild the experience around what hunters actually need.
Following a deep-dive audit in September 2025, we implemented a strategic theme upgrade. The goal was to bake critical UX and performance optimisations directly into their Shopify site while keeping their existing integrations and infrastructure intact.
