Following a deep-dive audit in September 2025, we implemented a strategic theme upgrade. The goal was to bake critical UX and performance optimisations directly into their Shopify site while keeping their existing integrations and infrastructure intact.

  • Surfacing Customer Needs: Our discovery phase revealed a major demand for expanded sizing. We redesigned the journey to surface these options immediately, ensuring hunters found their fit before hitting any friction.
  • High-Performance Navigation: We overhauled the mobile and global navigation to make gear actually findable. Site search is now open by default, and visual category tiles get users exactly where they need to go in one tap.
  • Mobile-First Product Discovery: Knowing Huntech's audience is mobile-heavy, we introduced touch-friendly visual filters for colour and price, and a simplified sort interface for seamless browsing on the go.
  • Dominant Product Storytelling: We redesigned the Product Detail Pages (PDP) to prioritise technical highlights and feature icons. If a product has a functional advantage, it's now the first thing a customer sees.
  • Consolidated Merchandising: We moved away from cluttered layouts to a consistent product card design. With "Quick-add" features for desktop and clear stock flags, the path to purchase is now faster and much more cohesive.
